Add a star or emoji rating field to Contact Form 7.

Contact Form 7 Rate Field lets visitors rate your product, service or support right inside your existing forms. Use stars, emojis or labels from “Poor” to “Excellent”, set a default value, and receive the rating in the same email as the rest of the form. It’s an easy way to collect satisfaction scores and feedback without a separate survey tool.
