Six ways to reward, all yours to set
- Points on every order: choose how many points each unit of currency earns; tiers multiply it
- Sign-up and birthday points: welcome new accounts, and send more on their birthday
- Redeem as a discount or cashback: points pay for part of the order, or come back as cashback. You choose per store.
- Free shipping for a tier: pick the tiers that ship free; the discount applies itself at checkout
- All products or some: let points be spent on everything, or only on the products you choose
- Redeem limits: cap how many points one order can use, so margins stay predictable
Tiers: the more they shop, the more each order earns
Name your tiers, set the points needed to reach each one and the multiplier it earns. For example:
- Member (1×), from the first order: earn on every order, plus birthday points
- Silver (1.5×), from 1,000 points: everything in Member, plus free shipping
- Gold (2×), from 5,000 points: everything in Silver, plus cashback when redeeming
A comparison table block shows customers where they stand and what they unlock next. That “120 points to Gold” message is often all it takes to turn a maybe into an order.
